Tuition and Related Fees

Our class space is limited to 6 students. Therefore, an interview with our Instructor and tour of our facility is necessary prior to enrollment. To reserve a space in the upcoming term, a registration fee of $300 is due and payable in the form of cash, check, or debit card and will be applied to total cost of program. During the interview and tour, enrollment forms will be completed.

Program Costs

Students paying by cash, check or debit card:

  • Tuition: $3995
  • Registration Fee: $300
  • Total Cost: $4295

Students paying by credit card or CareCredit:

  • Tuition: $4395
  • Registration Fee: $300
  • Total Cost: $4695

Tuition includes: Textbook, (1) set of dental scrubs, workbook, CPR training and completion card, CD-rom, visual training aids, lab supplies, classroom supplies, infection control supplies, and teeth whitening.

Tuition does not include: Hepatitis B vaccination series, fees to take TSBDE certification examination for Radiology, Infection Control, Jurisprudence or Nitrous Oxide monitoring.

Please note: The Texas State Board of Dental Examiners offers the certification examinations to be a Registered Dental Assistant.  These tests can be found online through their website and can be taken in the privacy of your own home.  At the completion of our course, we will direct you on how you can complete this process.
